Guest access The whole apartment is yours, with independent entrance and a smart lock: no keys to collect, you enter with a personal code valid for your stay. Free covered garage for cars and bikes, with EV wallbox up to 10 kW, workbench for bikes and skis, locked storage room with boot warmers. The patio, barbecue and outdoor spaces are for your exclusive use.

Getting here We're in the centre of Digonera, just behind the hotel: you reach us from the road that crosses the village, up a short paved climb of about twenty metres — the kind that comes with every mountain village. At the top there's the open space with free public parking, right by the house; the private garage is just below it, at the end of a paved ramp of some 10 metres. In winter, as everywhere in the Dolomites, winter tyres or snow chains on board are all you need to arrive with peace of mind.

Interaction with guests Self check-in, but not anonymous: as Italian law requires, before arrival we hold a short video call (2 minutes) to identify guests with their ID; right after that you receive the lock code and the smart-home instructions. In the house you have full privacy, yet we stay reachable through the platform's messaging and reply quickly: weather at altitude, mountain huts, restaurants, snowshoe outings — just ask.

Other details to note • Self check-in 4–8 pm (code sent after the ID video call), check-out by 10 am (fixed times). Minimum stay 5 nights. • All-inclusive rate: final cleaning, linen, heating and utilities, WiFi, garage and EV charging*. No extra costs. • *EV charging: 80 kWh per week included, around 400 km of range; RFID token on arrival. Extra energy at €0.50/kWh incl. VAT, in 20 kWh blocks. • Rocca Pietore tourist tax: €1 per person per night, max 15 nights; children up to 13 exempt. • 1 pet welcome (please tell us when booking).
